The first session introduces new content, tools, and that week's Field Report. The second is hands-on: rolling up your sleeves and working through it together.

Show up prepared and bring your full attention: sessions are live and never recorded. Stay curious: no question is too basic, no observation off-topic. Contribute your perspective. Every participant brings a different background and the cohort is richer for it. Challenge ideas (including AI outputs) with honesty and evidence. Use AI responsibly and disclose when it shaped your work. Respect the room: what is shared here stays here, treated with discretion and generosity.
